Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I feel company is good for learning and getting experience, Co. Have good order book but working is tough carrier growth opportunity not satisfactory. Salary payment on time if work is sincerely.

The co is growing average but stable from last 4 years. Working atmosphere is Good. Employee freindly without good growth. Co. Is in road construction work with good order book. Co.puerly work on government tender. Not working in private sector.
