The work life was manageable but the people were very suspicious. They always keep suspecting on employees and the management are keep changing the SOP rather than having anything specific

I served at 4 outlets in 1 year > connaught place, Rajauri Garden, Lajpat Nagar & Hauz- khas. All the stores are very beautiful in themselves. Good use of whole store. In a short time, I had learned all the work, so I got a chance to work in other stores, and in 6 months I won the award of Manager Quarter of the month, It was a matter of inspiration for new people like me, which was good thing about company. They sell 2 items, ice-cream & ice-cream shakes. And both of them are delicious. Cleanliness is taken care for the guests & Staffs. Ice-cream has been taken to a different level it is not because an ice-cream parlor, there is a restaurant in itself. Huge Casa & beautifully designed! Really impressed! Overall, working in this company has been ease, because nothing has to be made, it has to be served directly, after thawing!

Dislikes

Like I told you, there was no cooking here, so there was not much work to do, something to learn new things. It is the store manager who does all the work like daily reportings , ordering etc. Those does not teach anyone below post (shift manager, training shift manager). Which is a very huge negative point. People below posts have trouble in progress/ promotions. Last but very important; This company is very upset about giving the experience letter. After quitting the job, the management does not even support you. Rather behave roughen. After 8 months, after falling behind management, Staying Bad asking for his own document. In taking your own experience letter; Seems to be at war. This is not done in any company till date. And even more Certificates of Manager Quarter of the Month award were not given, In spite of asking. Ended it by saying that, This company does not give certificates to anyone, only gives gifts. This is very strange or wired in this company! The rest is all right! All these things need to be improve! All the best Kamaths Natural Retail Pvt. Ltd. Grow more like roots of trees.
