...ues. Management is very poor no support from management. They do what they want. Company policies is salary after 2 months and you to beg in frontbof them. You will get salary for april in end of june. Hr is non supporting dont get salary slip.No Pf, Esic, Paid Leaves, Bonus. So i request dont join this company

Good company for freshers to learn and grow.

Every individual has to do multitask. Irregular salary and very less increment. No week offs i.e. need to work all days of a month. No other benefits like mediclaim, pf, bonuses, etc.

The duty time of this company is very good.

The people of this company who work in the company are paid very late. One month salary is paid after two or three months. There is no separate facility. Monthly salary only.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high- quality producta and has a global client base.

Compensatiom is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as i have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
