Just one thing firm is 100 years old but still not use..they tell you they are mazarian but work cultural is like shit.

...raisal on time..few of the admin employees thinks they are owner of the company.no salary slip...no increament letter... you have to beg and ask...even after they will not provide you....and you have answer many questions...you will net get recognition and they put you in low level work not as per your qualification.....they are ready to pay more to new recruitment....but not to old employees. They WFH only to privilege employee who licks someone hand

No employee friendly work culture, no compensation for extra working hours, instead they told me to mark leave for Saturdays though company have official leave policy

Work life balance. Partners are easily approachable

...would personally not refer anyone to join here unless it is their last resort. They say pay will be as per industry standard but is actually no where near it. Hierarchy is only on paper and ppts actually it does not exist.

...ch is to be done by the client and then client checks your work (reverse audit). Pay is also very less as retention money is deducted from salary. Do not make a mistake of joining their statutory audit division.
