There is no system, professionalism and idol for making future making leaders. Company policies are pathetic. There is CCR amount which is given to the employee as the agreement or bond amount which is also included in CTC and you will be paid that amount at the time of leave the company (means your CTC actually very low). Favourism is there and Mangers brings there Freinds when vaccancy create(not in the basis of talent or knowledge)

Management is so strick and responsible to do work , during trainee period u have to learn yourself by seeing or speaking of supervisors as well as workers .But most of them didn't tell you until u did comment how, why and when. Lots of mechanical operations had been done during my period, lots of machines had learnt. U will have to do sufficient hardwork like a labour for learning. There is no job security and work culture are not too much suitable.
