CSR activities are one of the best parts where you can feel proud about being a part of an organisation. Employee development initiatives are well mapped out. GPTW initiatives are also something which is really appreciable.

... Kalyani Technoforge. Zero work life balance. Zero flexibility in working hours. They can deduct half day salary of an employee in lieu of 52 seconds time shortage for total working hours. Zero control of management over office politics. Old employees are leaders of office politics, and they play favouritisms. Worst part of working with Kalyani as an organisation came when, under the name of CCR (Before joining I was completely unaware of this CCR concept) Kalyani company deducted Rs. 92162 from my full and final statement. Again, there are examples where they gave complete exception to some of the employees from CCR which is again backing up my point of favouritism. Kalyani company deducted my salary of 1.5 month, deducted Diwali bonus of a year which was approximately Rs. 26000 (here I want to clear that the bonus was part of my CTC and it was not Diwali gift or it was not performance-based amount, it was part of my salary deducted on monthly basis and it was meant to be given before Diwali but in the end, Kalyani company deducted it under the name of CCR) and also deducted leave encashment of around 35 days. Employees working with KTFL don't have right to leave the organisation without these deductions even after formal resignation and even after serving considerably nice number of days as a notice period. Worst organisational culture experienced so far.

You are always under pressure while working.

Dislikes

To be honest. Do not join the organization in corporate office. It's too much politics and they do not even pay you good. Most of the days you will be working extra hour but they will not give any compensation for that

In company there is a friendly environment, 80 % young generation employee so ready to co-operate easily.

Dislikes

...tain specific people and there is no any criteria to decide is is good or bad. Salary is not as per market standards. There is too much politics in company The canteen food quality is very poor

Dislikes

Salary is far less than expectations and the work that one do. The work load is same in other places but slary is the biggest issue here
