Poor bench strength. Not believe in collaboration. People are having responsibility without authority. High degree of people turn out and no will to improve retention. Role of HR is zero. Dictatorship attitude & culture. Poor work-life balance.

Kalyani steels is a learning institute itself. A whole lot of scope to know everything about steel manufacturing. If you want to gain knowledge about alloy and non alloy, special steel industry business functioning this is the perfect place.

Dislikes

Appraisal done here has no logic. Some get whole cakes and some get peanuts. All favouritism. One man army, the MD of the company decides everyones professional faith. Job security is just above average.
