Nothing to loke about this worst company on the globe.They do not have a single proven product but they are claiming that they will become number one. No R&D. All senior management teams are waste resources thrown out from big OEMs.They are the curst of this company. No process. Arrogant HR.

1. Groupism by top leader - Decision-making become biased, impacting team dynamics and collaboration. 2. Lack of skill development program, 3. Dependency on outside organisation. 4. Not holding the good resource due to the top leader's groupism nature. 5. Promoting to who are not contributing any relevance to organisation goal. 6. Salary & appraisal activities takes to long period to confirm.
