...what it is the company culture and work environment is dreadful and stress pack. Work life balance is zero they pay you for 9-5 and will ask you to work 24x7, no privacy, no management, nothing just in Hindi I say gundaraj, professionalism is absent and forget about your health nobody cares over there.

No work life balance Changed 5 day work to 6 days in a week Then they put me in rotational shifts makes life. Hold incentive for 5-6 months , No ethics , manager yells shouts, use extremely abusive words that derailed my mental health and peace, Due to that poor working environment I had to go ( spine and shoulder ) for 2 months and it cost more than 80k plus medicine expenses, and company didn’t refund it. And that health issue is still recurring time to time. Sadly, In other machining dept there was a case of cardiac arrest, that person died on spot and instead of giving his family the work insurance benefits , management punch out his ID card and declared he had unfortunate accident outside company premises. After hearing this from a trusted friend in that dept I am under constant stress, if something happend to me during work they may do the same to me and this may cause negative effects to my family . The make 30-40% profit and give only 4-5 % increment, and in this time of inflation it won’t work out .

Visionary Leadership. Entrepreneurial spirit across the company will bring the best out of you (or push you out). Extreme agility and dynamism in some parts of the business/group so if you're lucky to work with a good leader, it will be a great learning and growth opportunity.

Terrible food and no choices. Overall negligible employee benefits compared to the MNC peers. Lethargy due to traditional mindset and legacy systems (which is changin now, still it'll take 4-5 years from now on). Talent retention is poor due to no benefits/flexibility which is available at competitor companies.
