...ical persons.No management at site.No policy for employees.purely contract ship.Salary only in time.No benefites for employees.Hr person r busy in buttering of project managers..Everyone in the company is engaged in making money by comisson.The commisson is divided betwèen project manager supervisor.

Total contractors ship no growth of workers.no employee benefits..Rubbish company.Gm Hr, Gm Mechanical act like a puppet of Project Manager.

Kalyan toll infra is best company but not standarad on salary structure. There is no increment only 5℅ increment not growing infrastructure. Not grow up salary and not standarization

...ironment and culture teammate are supportive and the management id transparent . Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year
