As internal auditor updates about company we’re not proper to the team, conveyance and accommodation during travel were below average compared to previous companies. Entertainment facilities to HO staff seems poor.

Likes

Good in Charity works. Working atmosphere is good. I like the teamworking style with my colleagues. Good in staff welfare (Insurance policies for staffs and his family.)

Dislikes

I don't like the restriction for grooming beard for office staff. The promotions and salary incriment is taking too much time. There is no cafeteria in the office for refreshments for office staffs. Required a outdoor trip atleast once in a year. Required fun activities to reduce the work pressure of the staffs.

I have worked at kalyan family more than 10 years . If we focus our work proper Career Growth will get Fast. Company providing 7 Days Leave . Good Food and Accommodation and Very good Culture. After my Service Company provided Me proper Compensation & Benefits. Thank you Kalyan Family

They are not giving any Value to Senior Employees. Yearly Increment also very very less. Un Nessasery payment Cutting . They are charging payment for free Training classes. Heavy Target...

...lyan jewellers because the kalyan family stand with their staffs in all manner.. now all are felt feel their job but kalyan management gives correct salary and job surety of their staffs.. thats i like work with kalyan team

we have a great management, leaders & support staff , also getting good salary & work friendly atmosphere.

purchase department and sales department both have their own responsibilities , so need to give same consideration for the both .
