Not satisfied with nonsales salary such as Cashier, computer staff, security,cook and office boys Not enough basic salary for senior staff ( above 5 years staff)

Helping to staff if anybody need more leave due to some un avoidable situations. Company is helping & giving support

...in this, What ever the new program & offer we are following very long procedure. And work load of non sale staffs (Cashiers and computers) is very high and less salary and allowances than the sales staffs...... Before it both are less (work load and salary) Now increased only the work load and decreased allowance according to g3 & increased the work load..........

Good in Charity works. Working atmosphere is good. I like the teamworking style with my colleagues. Good in staff welfare (Insurance policies for staffs and his family.)

Dislikes

I don't like the restriction for grooming beard for office staff. The promotions and salary incriment is taking too much time. There is no cafeteria in the office for refreshments for office staffs. Required a outdoor trip atleast once in a year. Required fun activities to reduce the work pressure of the staffs.

we have a great management, leaders & support staff , also getting good salary & work friendly atmosphere.

Dislikes

purchase department and sales department both have their own responsibilities , so need to give same consideration for the both .

Good team, Good freedom of work, proper salary disbursement Helping incharge etc.

Dislikes

As internal auditor updates about company we’re not proper to the team, conveyance and accommodation during travel were below average compared to previous companies. Entertainment facilities to HO staff seems poor.
