Everything starting from interview lied everything on this time noone describe work culture till month then later everything has changed, we all dumped they with very good manipulation work life balance is very bad and spoiled my mental health with very bad condition, this organisation with very dept has no idea what to do in certain situations, they will depend on us and earn lakhs behalf of us and no guidance no proper support and no career growth for the employees

Less Stress Work and sometimes less work . Getting to enjoy College Life Again . Revise Concepts while mentoring.

Changing Policies Quickly and managers don't listen and monday to saturday 9am-6:30pm sometimes 7pm. 9-10 hours . Still some expect you to work after 6:30pm

Entire sales team is running by 2-3 people and all are from Byjus,leading the same way apart from threatening on job dont even know what is constructive feedback is. No sales strategy nothing like that only cold calling on cold data.

Poor planning, deaf management, low work life balance, poor hikes, no job security, i saw 28 people got fired in span of 6 months, hire and fire culture, no hike chances, it's likely they will reduce ctc from upcoming year, for a post of mentor after a year salary were decreased after a year work.

Almost everything..no proper management and work life balance. Management only focused on money making.. It destroyed my career..I took a bad decision by joining kalvium...My mental peace got heavily impacted.
