Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

these people are big time cheters be very carefull there sales employee mahima rai told us there company will give 4/5 star hotel in pune/mumbai and when aggreement was done and when we spoke on customer care these people told sorry sir there is no such hotel that we give and booking from these people is hell

bad work environment and culture. teammates are supportive but management not support in critical condition of my family. company policies are not Good. they are not Give Me The Sallary In The lockdown Or Before the lockdown. So I Suggest To All The Customer please Cancle Your Membership In Kalson Holidays and Suites.
