Nothing much to learn for qualified person , Salary is average for freshers , Un structured work environment , Not a good to start carrier in finance , You have to make your own profile .However exp 7-10 Yrs guys are paid good .

Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.

No young crowd 0 for work life balance Sandwich leave policy Leaves and Early leaves problem No appreciation & recognition for work They target competitors who has open & good culture, benefits and perks. Which result high attrition for new joiner (within 6 months)

(i) Minimum 12hrs of working a day. (ii) A sub standard appraisal only, despite the hard work you put in. (iii) Senior behaviour with juniors will go abusive and ugly in case you commit errors.
