Transparency missing in Appraisal cycle, Only PM review matters nothing like transparent or review based on work done, Causing many time PM degrading the rating for his personal intention. And even employee can lost their job, And no body will listen upto top management.

Kptl higer management is very poor skills and culture is very political surrounding no growth,no bonus,no skill development,no buddy appreciate your skill and your work ,each and everyone is sailfish employees totally.

The work environment is good with job security.

The work pressure is very high we have to work for 12-14 hours a days. Compensation is good but growth is very slow. Appraisal system is not up to the mark.
