I felt personal working experience from 2006 to 2014 as good working atmosphere and human behaviour management till 2014 by supporting employee growth, trust on employee,motivation and employee benefits like free food at site,good accommodation, free of insurance for self & dependent, monthly incentive, policy as employee as asset of company, annual picnic in project wise, get together party in monthlywise where we can mingle with other employee, stress free, leave compensation if work on Sunday, No politics, good increment every year,freely can take decision and employee oriented goal,welfare, learning & etc JMC never focuses money oriented business but after taken over 100% stakes share by Kalpataru power transmission Ltd (KPTL) overall organisation cultures are changed and all employee benefits was cut by management by keeping to make good profit.
