I felt personal working experience from 2006 to 2014 as good working atmosphere and human behaviour management till 2014 by supporting employee growth, trust on employee,motivation and employee benefits like free food at site,good accommodation, free of insurance for self & dependent, monthly incentive, policy as employee as asset of company, annual picnic in project wise, get together party in monthlywise where we can mingle with other employee, stress free, leave compensation if work on Sunday, No politics, good increment every year,freely can take decision and employee oriented goal,welfare, learning & etc JMC never focuses money oriented business but after taken over 100% stakes share by Kalpataru power transmission Ltd (KPTL) overall organisation cultures are changed and all employee benefits was cut by management by keeping to make good profit.

Holding salary after submission of resignation letter and starting deducting earlier losses occurred from employee. 3. Lot of politics in the management by involving kalpataru management and decision making is slow and huge confusion. 4. Teaching employee in illegal kind of claims to get money from insurance company by preparing false documents under CAR insurance policy. 5.Listening phone calls from bottom to top employee which all employee in afraid of talking over the phone. Engaging third party to follow up employee movement and no privacy in the job. 6. Engaging high level hackers and taking information without concern knowledge and threatening employee by calling their head office and pressuring/torturing to sign the documents as they want. It is unprofessional behaviour and inhuman activities doing by kalpataru management. 7. Compromise in quality to save the cost. 8.Record purpose showing fee activities under corporate social responsibility in presentation to attract foreigner investment and investor like as professional company. 9. No value and respect to employee and only motto to attract foreigners investment and make global growth company by sueing employee hard work and make best presentations to investors as Kalpatru family & all. 10. All employee benefits are reduced and no work life balance in organisation culture. 11. Taking project in loss due to competition and same is coverup by claiming false under arbitration’s clause by misusing act and by engaging best legal expert & directing employee lie witness to arbitrator. 12. Adjustment in quantity by engaging bribe to concern get the extra amount from client in all projects.

Ontime salary,every year increament on time.

Dislikes

Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.

No young crowd 0 for work life balance Sandwich leave policy Leaves and Early leaves problem No appreciation & recognition for work They target competitors who has open & good culture, benefits and perks. Which result high attrition for new joiner (within 6 months)

Nothing much I like here just working for some reason like loan and family issues.

Dislikes

...ily accommodation. Some higher management staff are too unprofessional and rude. Salary also come 1.5 months delay in International division.

...t solve your problems, they only sit in their chair and impose order on you. 5. If you work in international project then your salary always one month delay. 6. If your designation is below deputy manager, then company gives ticket after 2 years for travelling to India. 7. HR department is very slow.
