There is no HR policy to retain the staffs no any credentials for increment or appraisal. Very toxicity culture

Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.

Micro Management Traditional Company - 0 for culture. No young crowd 0 for work life balance Sandwich leave policy Leaves and Early leaves problem No appreciation & recognition for work They target competitors who has open & good culture, benefits and perks. Which result high attrition for new joiner (within 6 months)

Organization is too good but site in-charges spoiling the company without giving any leaves for employees and they expect only updates and photos (bucket employees)not the hard working employees

Management rules and working culture, Nothing to personal life yearly morning 7 o clock go to site and late night came to site office and delayed the contractor payment, Timely not giving you materials and manpower at site, Without materials and manpower management find out work progress. Only management thinking delayed the project but management says to manager don’t perform well then it’s happening. Very poor long time waiting for PR and PO for materials purchased. They are so many dent on management rules.
