I have joined as GET but working for them 4.5 years there was no career and salary growth, ultimately you are forced to leave the job as your salary will be below supervisors and there was no sign of growth, so if you join as GET you have to leave the job today or tomorrow

Know I am work in mumbai, free bed & food, job security, career growth,salary is time to time prefect & appraisal be available. Overall it is freshers good chance.

Very hard work, no timeing 8 to 14 and above Sunday off day leave ,little bit politics,little bit learning,not good environment,little bit freedom.

Only one thing is there good which is salary timing salary credited in account 1 or 2 date's eveymoth.

There is no HR policy to retain the staffs no any credentials for increment or appraisal. Very toxicity culture

Ontime salary,every year increament on time.

Dislikes

Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.
