Work-life balance is really good. People are friendly, welcoming and helpful most of the times. There are plenty of opportunities to learn from peers and seniors. Knowledge exchange by way of lectures, seminars, site visits and even regular mailers is continuous and commendable. Also, the name on your CV impresses future recruiters.

...ht as against uniting as one organisation and working for the project at hand. The salary situation has been abysmal since late 2019 and Covid-19 was the final blow. At any point of time, salaries of 3-5 months have been pending since March 2020 across all levels. There have been lay-offs. There is no clarity as to when an appraisal will happen or when the pending salary will be paid. The last appraisal was for the 2018-19 fiscal for which letters still have not been handed out. So currently everyone is working at the salary dating back to 2017-18 fiscal. HR is usually clueless when faced with any questions regarding appraisals or salary. If the company manages to break the high walls between departments and change the work culture, its a great organisation to work for. Covid-19 financial situation is bound to change sooner or later externally. The internal change is what needs effort.

...wever, during the lockdown the treatment of employees has been utterly inhumane. No salary was paid during the entire lockdown, then post partial resumption, they have started firing employees with no clarity on when will they receive their arrears, also they are forcing people those who cannot come to office, to go on sabbatical or just accept a basic pay without any allowances; the worst part is there no clarity on this as well when they will get their basic pay. When it comes to taking commitment from employees, they want 100%, but when it comes to management for honoring company's commitment, it is 0.

Lack of action at the top. We keep going in circles around the same topic for months without any action.

1. Salary is delayed and even overdue for 3 months 2. Statutory Pays are deducted from salary but not deposited 3. Annual leaves reduced from 30 to 10 4. No Group Insurance and Medical Insurance for employees during this Pandemic 5. Committed deferred salary not paid. 6. Harsh HR policies for migrant employees.

Very bad work environment. Lots of politics within teams. Everyone is trying to pull the other so as to reflect better results in their KRAs. No proper guidance to New joinees.
