...ot to downsize during the pandemic. Employees not paid salaries during pandemic. Only 2 months salary paid during the pandemic that too with salary cuts. Laid off employees still not given their full compensations. PF amounts not deposited since Oct-19 and no commitments of payment till date

I have worked with good bosses/managers. No micro managing done.

Salary is delayed. HR is of no help most of the time regarding salaries. Appraisals are delayed always. Increment levels are low. Rules are changed overnight
