No work life balance, Very less pay, no learning ( just using chatgpt, quilbot the whole day for making reports) , no growth, no management within the team, Very small team and work pressure

Nothing,Let me share my experience,I was a going to this company for interview. They told me that they're hiring for two role, internship and full time role for graphic design position. First the gave me a assignment I've done the assignment,then I've selected for 2nd and 3rd round. 3rd round was HR round and 2nd was the interview round,but the my interview took the senior designer of that company,the senior designer ask me everything as they required,but at the last they told me if you join as intern you will get 18k per month and if you join as a full time employee then you'll get 25k per month. When I'd in HR round,the HR told me that I'll get only 15k per month,but my design experience is 2 years 7 months. And the main thing is they don't tell you everything in their own,you have to follow up them to know everything what you want to know about them. And you've to work in the company day + night shift together,they told me you have spend your whole night with this 15k salary.

I got easily promoted to manager in the research department because there is no hierarchy in the organization.

Client's qualitative data is rephrased in applications like quilbot, chatgpt , Gemini so there is no Client data protection as of now to make annual reports. Work life balance is missing.
