People in kalki are the best thing about kalki. Flexibility, Learning are the added bonus. Hikes are pretty good

It used to have a startup ecosystem but now as they are expanding the teams that ecosystem is shifting to typical IT ecosystem.

Likes

Kalki is providing laptops for allowing all employees to take work from home. Proper team meetings for knowing the employee requirements. Good support and help from each team members. Friendly atmosphere.

Dislikes

No proper training for employees. One who is always have an urge to study even if training is available , this point will not be valid. 😉

Likes

Work culture and peers are very good.managers are very supportive and you can expect good growth based on performance.

Dislikes

Work _life balance you cannot expect. Discipline in work time hours for communicating with colleagues are not maintained .Back up for employee is not available hence even holidays and weekend can turn to be hectic.

The career growth is good and awesome all the team members work together by sharing and caring principle to achieve a overall success of a company. Training is not provided but can be learned through experience.

Dislikes

It provides opportunities for the person who is a malayali and doesn't consider others for the work opportunities. First preference is given to the person of their state and later given to others. It should be equal to all what I feel.

Happy to work with Kalkitech,good work environment but only growth issue that I observed..no much increment they are providing. Kalkitech is good company and all employees are also much coordinating nature.

Dislikes

Growth is not good.
