I got a good platform in Kalintis company, all the people are very helpful, it is a very good company

Dislikes

Kalintis company does not have dress code and canteen facility or does not pay overtime. Overtime should be paid.

PL, SL and CL policy is as per factory act rules.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no work environment and professional culture. There is no transparency and uniformity in management policy. No appraisal policy. Increment is very late and there are nepotism in top and middle level management.

Company HR And management team are not responsible.. behavior is very bad. Not celebration any festivals sport and events very boring 😴 type management..and HR police.

There is lot of politics and nepotism is going on. There is no transparency and uniformity in the HR and Management policies. There is bond of two years before which you can not resign. You have to submit blank cheque at the time of joining. There is compulsory three month notice period for all employees.

They don't apriciete your work there are 4-5 people wo will take credit of all the work done by any empolyee. They don't keep promisees done while recruiting. Forget increement Only 2-5 people will get raise even if not increement time. Forget sallary on time, They thik employees are slave. Sudunly releaving periode increased(from 1 month to 3 month) when you resigne.
