At Kalindee Healthcare, I like that the employees are given a chance to share monthly feedback which is taken very seriously. There are regular meetings with the employer and employee. There are awards and recognitions for best performers. Medical Insurance for the entire family. The work culture is exceptional. This company is owned by "Obran Health" a worker-owned company and every individual is treated equally.
