There is a lot politics here and management doesn't address our issues. Your qualifications is not considered and salary is very low compared to the qualification. Job training is not given to the employees. Work culture is pathetic and leave policy is worse !! There is employee grievance committe which will be addressed. You will be questioned if you come a minute late, but the extra works and extra hours you work will not be considered. The employee leaving ratio is more !! Office timing are 9 to 6 but you will definitely have to work extra hours daily and even on Sundays (from home) In short, This is a HUF in nature which is LEGALLY A PVT LTD COMPANY.
