Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Colleagues are okay. Nothing else.

Dislikes

Management is really bad. At some point i was told that they don't care about employee happiness at all. There is practically no work-life balance, people used to call and SMS on my personal number at 1AM in the night and this has happened on multiple occasions. The managers don't care and there is no attention to employee growth at all.

Huge learning scope, and we will get exposure to multiple activities. Very friendly team.

Nothing much but to add, certain processes are manual but it is very understandable because the organization is a startup and things will do better as they grow which is for sure. This is my experience.

Only like was flexible working time which is no more now. Now you will be told about hybrid work culture but after joining will be forced to come daily.

Jagan Sr Engg Director is the only person I disliked. I could not still find answer how he became Sr Engg Director
