Very bad environment for work.These people hire a person and after completion of one year when appraisal time come they fire that person and hire a new person.I have to work 9-11 hours in day. Incoming time is fix but outgoing time not fix.So many politics doing here.Managers of these company always looking to fire a junior employee and also blame their mistake to others.

HR person dont have any idea to how to take an interview and if anyone give answer of her question then she feels irritating and then asking stupid questions.

Everytime running interviews for same post bcoz no leave policy no any other benefits

Work culture is great . It was very challenging in the starting but it help me lot and increased my confidence . Weekly review meeting is very useful for us. employees always give priority for own work responsibilities and my company gives priority for our customers and employees.

Work culture is very good here, employees are cooperative and supportive of each other. Management is keen to help employees in every way possible and offers alternative options for job within the organization. Company have complete systems in place from HR.
