Waste experience no salary increment,waste rules, management is too worst no one will care about Staff.Shaff have to compromise them self

Company culture is very good in vijayawada stores department.v good in job security.i dont know about appraisals because i have only 11 months experience in that department.especially my manager miriyam.venkateswar sir organized the vijayawada department in a special way that too having employee satisfactiory manner. Thats why i like very much to do job in kalajalj vinayawada stores.
