I Harsh Desai an ex employee of Kalamandir jewellers ahmedabad would like to inform everyone that while I was working there the company promised to give my incentive money within 6 months but for some reason I did not recieve it for almost 1.5 year. Later on when I decided to leave my job and asked for my incentive to the HR department at ahmedabad store then they did not give me a proper answer and the store manager Mr. Paresh Rawal said that it is not in their hands to provide incentive it will be decided by the management. The store manager already knew about one condition that the emplyees will not recieve their incentive if they leave their job and the head office at surat has restricted all the store managers to not discuss this condition with the employees and this was not discussed even when we joined the company. The store manager Mr. Paresh Rawal agreed that this incentive is right of the employee as they have worked hard for it but the decision lies in the hands of the management whether to give it or not. From this whole situation it seems like the intention of the company is to just use the emplyees for their benefit and not give the money of their right. My incentive is pending from January 2024 till date. It is my humle request to everyone to give me my incentive as I have worked very hard for it. Ahmedabad HR- Hetal Darji Surat HR- Dharmesh sir
