Likes

Management is good. Company policy is good. But it is not following in any level.

Dislikes

There is no ethics and humanity. Does not bother about employees problem. Discrimination between permanent and adhoc faculty is more interms of work allotment, salary and humanity.

It's a engineering college (kakatiya institute of technology and science for women )Assisting the students about technical equipments... As well faculty also...my experience was too good.collegues and students are so friendly and management is transperant

They don't grant any leaves in urgent situation....that's only dislik in kitswgt
