Job security is too less. Work -life balance is also so undulate and in politics of higher level is also too much. Mainly job satisfaction is getting decrease due to above problem.

No positive.. Company can shut any time as the company has no projects. No other income. Job security is NIL and increment are negligible very less.. No learnings. Poor Management

Everything is to be disliked. Long list. Poor recognition. No increment no growth. Attitude of persons are also worst

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
