Company is good, work culture depends upon your reporting officer. Good to work here. Your job is secure need not to scare about it...But you will not found any training or learning module here. Appraisal are very less as compare to others company in industry. You have just start working and have to achieve numbers after achievement you will get good incentives also.. Thats best part.

No training and learning programs organised for employees. Salary hike is very less. Even company dont give free medical insurance to employees and dependents

...tional incentives for the perfromer will keep enthusiasm up to do more and more. Will send salary and expenses on time. But delay in appraisal is only a bad part. Rest you can enjoy working here.

There is no training or skill development programme organised by the company. Appraisal is very less in terms of take home. Major part goes to variable. Carrier growth is slow in terms of vertical and horizontal both.

As a employee of Kerovit division, I'm mentally torched by the management under Mr Rakesh B P. there were so much of Internal politics and Management is still hiring distributor staff by taking black money as incentive from AM Enterprises distributor in Bangalore

Job involves challenging and meeting demand in the competitve era. Management support is excellent. Company policy is good with fair appraisals based on the performance.

Dislikes

Pressure on targets set very high . Product Quality on Sanitary. Training to new joinees on job training not given. Pricing is high compared to competitve brands. Brand awareness and no coverage . Promotion takes very long years.
