There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not matter but career is slow. Thera is a bond of minimum 1 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work environment is good and I like to work for government officers to help them or resolve their issue. And I learned so many things from my teammates.

...e technical things which was not their. And there are no any innovative things. And also have a salary issue too .

I like the work culture in Kaizen, Salary is always on time. I get new opportunities to learn everyday. Management is also very good. Colleagues are really helpful. Have a an opportunities for promotion and enhancement.
