Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The only thing I like about Kaizen is the work life balance because of remote work.

Dislikes

Everything else is just f##ed up. The management is just too dictatory They will ask you to do everything they want and in return you will not get bonus on time, appraisals would be shit

Work is never ending I mean there is a lot of work, if you can do, you will earn better.

Worst Company. No work culture Zero professionalism It is more like Lala ki Company. Director of this company Mr. Manish Parashar: Not at all a professional person. He is highly arrogant and does not care about his employees. He only believes in exploiting his employees. Do not join this company unless you want to be exhausted.
