Job security because they are always looking for teachers. Reason: The teacher is not feeling happy working at this school. In any profession, the work environment plays a major role and teachers are also like human beings. Suppose you don't have a backup teacher and any of your faculty took one day's leave how can management react to this? Then why are you offering policy & rules to take 1 day leave in a month if needed?

As it is a brand school ,I love to work at this school.My experience was moreover good .The faculty was highly experienced and dedicated.The school is true to the practice and is not a blend, as all other schools that I have observed. I am confident that this school has set a solid foundation for their learning path and that they have developed a true love for learning.The loving environment, the organization, and the teacher instruction are what I believe to be the key success of The Kairos Global School.

The Front face Management is worst, They simply lie for money, this happened with me, they have quoted an amount X for my kid, after paying some amount, they updated the MCB app with X+ some more amount, and after notifying the same in the school, saying it was wrongly updated, they say that was the fees that was agreed for, and they blame parents saying dont say false statements, really worst experience from this kind of false and blaming statments from a school especially, that too having international brand. If schools cannot stick to their words, what kind of education they will give to students ????

Working atmosphere is very friendly.,..management is very supportive and cooperative.very good for students to experiment and explore new things.

I love working in Kairos. It has a very competent environment and the staff members are very caring and helpful. Regular trainings and workshops are held to improve the techniques of the teachers. It has an awesome infrastructure and readily adapts to the latest technology. Work pressure is manageable and one can easily manage between professional and personal life. Throughout the pandemic the school held webinar’s and gave training on how to take online classes so that the kids do not miss out on their studies. Overall it gives you a good opportunity to share your views and showcase your talent.

Salary increment should not be fixed but based on performance.
