Job security because they are always looking for teachers. Reason: The teacher is not feeling happy working at this school. In any profession, the work environment plays a major role and teachers are also like human beings. Suppose you don't have a backup teacher and any of your faculty took one day's leave how can management reactto this? I love working in Kairos. It has a very competent environment and the staff members are very caring and helpful. Regular trainings and workshops are held to improve the techniques of the teachers. It has an awesome infrastructure and readily adapts to the latest technology. Work pressure is manageable and one can easily manage between professional and personal life. Throughout the pandemic the school held webinar’s and gave training on how to take online classes so that the kids do not miss out on their studies. Had a great time working in Kairos global school. As a teacher with not much experience have learned a lot. Principal of the school is very approachable and helpful. Staff is very helpful and cooperative overall great place to work if you are a passionate teacher who wants to grow in their field.
