Job security because they are always looking for teachers. Reason: The teacher is not feeling happy working at this school. In any profession, the work environment plays a major role and teachers are also like human beings. As it is a brand school , I loved to work at this school. My experience was more over good. The faculty was highly experienced and dedicated . I enjoyed teaching there and also enhanced my knowledge.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Had a great time working in Kairos global school. As a teacher with not much experience have learned a lot. Principal of the school is very approachable and helpful. Staff is very helpful and cooperative overall great place to work if you are a passionate teacher who wants to grow in their field.

Dislikes

Only transport facility for teachers, sometimes we need to wait for it.

The Front face Management is worst, They simply lie for money, this happened with me, they have quoted an amount X for my kid, after paying some amount, they updated the MCB app with X+ some more amount, and after notifying the same in the school, saying it was wrongly updated, they say that was the fees that was agreed for, and they blame parents saying dont say false statements, really worst experience from this kind of false and blaming statments from a school especially, that too having international brand. I love working in Kairos. It has a very competent environment and the staff members are very caring and helpful. Regular trainings and workshops are held to improve the techniques of the teachers. It has an awesome infrastructure and readily adapts to the latest technology. Work pressure is manageable and one can easily manage between professional and personal life. Throughout the pandemic the school held webinar’s and gave training on how to take online classes so that the kids do not miss out on their studies.
