One who has got the post should use it accordingly. And if he refuses to do any other work then any complaint against him should not be accepted by the HOD but the complaint should be made against the one who did the other work. An employee can work in a better manner according to his post and can get promotion.

Nothing to like in kailash.
Only good thing that it has all superspecialities with 24hrs lab and radiology facilities.
Dislikes
Too much of dirty politics, untrained staff(nurses,managers,wardboys), discriminated and poor salaries, administrators and management interfere in every single patient.
No scope of professional growth.
Staff isnt supportive, has low IQ, with lack of manners.
