Dislikes

They don't provides salaries on times . It has been more than 2 more years that there are no hikes , appraisal and even they are not paying Performance Pay which is part of out Basic Pay. Management is very bad they take random decisions and it is employee who always pay price for that. There is no transparency between employees and management. They always makes false promises and never delivers what they have promised in the past . Partiality is always one of the bad things which keeps happening in the company.

Sadly no likes, they even removed chocolates, lunch for cost cutting......

Dislikes

- Wont receive salary on time from almost a year. - There is no performance pay paid to you on time. - They will provide minimum number of leaves in a calendar year. - There are no hikes / promotions no matter how good you perform. - Learning curve is very narrow and wont get to learn much. - You are expected to work even on weekends and late nights for which u wont get extra pay nor day off. - Finding technically sound people is very challenging here. - Lot of micromanagement. - There is lot of toxic work culture which is due to poor management - There is lot of false hope given every month so that they can work day and night. HAHAHA Forget about work life balance There will be no room to grow right from juniors to seniors. I would suggest not to join the company. This will be the very honest review after working here for more than 2.5+ years

Poor Organization with no employee centered culture. Very Small organization surviving on monthly basis.

Dislikes

Pathetic Organization policies with no job security and salary delays every month. Pressure employees to not speak about the salary delays and no payment of performance pay which was told to be paid in full every 6 Months. They reduce the Basic Salary Amount so much that your first Job Basic Salary amount would be more and put almost 80-90% of Monthly Salary amount in the project allowance which is only paid if you are on project.

Honestly I have no pros and likes to write.

Dislikes

...ll less leadership is the major one. 2- False promises to clients and employees. 3- Salary delays. 4- Poor management. 5- Micromanagment and no work life balance. 6- Due to all above points the head count of company is about 50% as compared to last year or before that, continuously people resigning on daily basis. GIVE 1000 thoughts before joining this organisation.

Zero good thing about this company. Don't go with there presence on LinkedIn. All false..

Dislikes

No salary on time. No new clients. Closed UK office. Poorest leadership I have ever seen. Running IT company like sales company. Forced Weekend work. Micromanagment. No work life balance. Employee tracking like screen tracking, taking images etc. Even not paying on time Full and final settlement after resignation. Top management Filling there own pockets.
