Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Lot of problem that gives opportunity to convert knowledge into practical working results gain of confidence

...ake risk of capital investment. company does not means , employee can't grow. If any body like to leave for better prospects then company does not clear even salary. Very bad

The kadri wovens have produced good quality woven products like sheet sets, blankets & Terry towels. And also get good training from superiors.In confection using SMART MRT Hanger system.It is very useful for higher production.
