Only person in this company who is at least good human is Girish Ameta.

Dislikes

...s, even though you work for 12 plus hours daily they are not bothered about you. Communication with employees is really bad and they keep them in dark for a long time and finally your Salary, Bonus and employee benefits are not paid to you. Don't waste your career working for this company. As always employees don't quit companies it is because of the management.

Nothing except flexible timings and fridai work from home

Dislikes

1.No Job security 2. Developer can work as tester 3. If you are master in .net no matter here you have to work in PHP, Java, in Testing 4. No on time and good appraisal 5. You can stay here max 3 years after that they will fire you by making any excuse

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
