Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...security, No management, No work culture, No support in this COVID-19 Pendamic. Even they mid not give salary from 7 months. When office Start we work full working days in a month and the cut our salary 50%. Please don't join.

Owner is really good but top management are head less chicken.showing wrong direction to owner. Specially Monica and her team doesn't not belong from restaurant management experience and lack of knowledge is there. Doesn't have right attitude
