No job security even they force to take a Forcefully leave & cut the salary. No job satisfaction if u design Engineer they told u go on production line solve the issue of production. Only Jugad No R&D even toilet condition are not good

Everything you see here is Dislike....!! -Very Toxic work culture. (Spoil the employee career) -Trap the employees by not providing salary slips & experience letters...so many Terms & conditions agreement. -Micro management. -Fake commitments. -Very Unprofessional.

...stic deadline. zero job security. no CL OR EL. only loss of pay is allowed. salary will never come on time. the payslip will not be provided under any circumstances. zero employee benefits. toxic working environment & work culture. the CEO(founder) will never allow doing any improvement activities. no one knows what they are doing. total employee strength came from 40 to 20. not even a single bolt is developed inhouse the cofounder, son of the founder(CEO) has resigned this company will be closed within 6 months. for freshers who want to join here- please don't join .there will be zero learning. you can be job less instead of joining in here. for experienced people- you will forget what you learned if you join kabira.
