...s etc . The CSM won’t provide unbillable cost centre if their margin goes down . Very toxic we need to beg at last minute to get cost centre and get salary Many experienced person are leaving due to this

If you are below 7 year in sap, than this company give good opportunities for onsite and implementation project.

Kaar policies are not good, they cry giving hike/appraisals. there is no policy for variable pay calculation. as this is Chennai based company, some decisions are biased, non Tamil will feel left alone. joining letter says work from home and management is calling to office. so much uncertainty.

Salary on time and supportive colleagues for sure. Awesome learning.

Job security can't even be rated, they just ask you to walk out at any time irrespective of your skills, knowledge and project experience. Sometimes, it's like you just have to obey the lead for no reason with no work-life balance. Productivity is secondary consideration but working from office is mandatory. Much politics involved in few projects.

...es are not paid on time especially onsite. Have been associated with them for 4.5 years, but not even a single time they paid variable pay (10℅ of your CTC). HR Services, Travel Desk Services need to be improved. Exit Policy is not defined.

Nothing good about this company. Fraud company. Salary not paid to employees. Join this company only if you want to work without getting paid and at your own risk. Company in loss. They cheat people to join saying onsite but truth is they don't pay with few days of onsite. No variable paid. Don't join if you value your career and family. They have to pay minimum 5 Lacs to 15 Lacs for each individual employees. All false promises. They don't care for employees. DO NOT EXPECT FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT. They might even not provide you experience letter and not relieve you as no new employees want to join this company. Many have resigned but they are not relieving them as the company may close.

Do not spoil you career by joining this company. They call saying onsite which is a trap. They don't care for employees. They are facing lot of lawsuits from previous employees for not paying salaries. (avg 8 lacs/employees or more).
