I was fresher when I joint this company being frank I was worrying how will I work for this huge project and then later on realised the team is very much supportive and helps you in each and every point of work specially my senior and PM jindappa sir who helped me and was there with me in every up and down of my work. I have enjoyed working in this company since 2years. I will be thankful through out my life who have given me the base.

Dislikes

...y good increment and promotion in this year which is failed and disappointed me. I always expect the level of work I do should be equal to my pay but I'm loosing my interest due to my less pay which is effecting my family too.

It was a great learning experience. Exposure to almost al the departments, family like environment, opportunity to work with higher management.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management are is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming acade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good bonus every year

I said my mother health was not good i asked for one month leave they cant give, asked for proffs & after my Resignation still they hold my salary tq you for u r valuable respect for u staff, guys i suggest you dnt join in K2K they cant Even support you 🙂
