Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? I have been working at this company for the past 4 years & 10 months. This shows how flexible the work environment is, and I always get leave in case of any emergency. The owner Mr. Atul Kumar, is very supportive. He is always ready to help and asks about me and my Family's health. Atul Sir is always ready to support me if I want to learn new things or technology.

There is nothing here. They have serious issues in their company.

Dislikes

The boss is himself arrogant and don't like everyone. He tries to force everyone into something. He live in UK and poses himself in India. They try to fool customers through various techniques. I found ethical issues in the company which is a very big problem. Here the team themselves are fighting with each other and try to overtake others credit. It's very discomfornting.

The only thing this company offers is wfh and they exploit their employees in return.

Dislikes

They will make you do anything and everything even if it's not part of your job and even after doing it you'll be talked down. Behaviour of people who are in top management or founders are very unprofessional and disappointing. They don't treat them as employees . Will call you anytime they want. No management no help provided instead you'll be blamed if you voice out.

interacting with cross functional teams, Learning opportunity(you have to make your own time for your learning. You will get the materials to learn new technology)

Dislikes

The management is very bad. no work life balance. They don't value your hard work. They are frauds. If you talk about resignation, they will just deactivate your email & wont give experience letter. No work ethics for the HR team as well as CEO, Atul kumar.
