Working hours 8.5 which is good. Pay scale is good as per city. No uniform culture can wear smart casual but not revealing.

Dislikes

Micro management. Have to give proof for everything you do every second have to give proof. Too data to consume daily no mobile given by company for that. No medical or insurance benefit. No leave benefit only 21 leaves per year nothing else. No Period leave. No proper management or policies. Random working and changing situation. Very dynamic culture. Sometimes have to work after office hours also.

I like about their learning strategy

Dislikes

...ck out anyway with wrong allegations anytime without given PIP or notice period. They can be offer you a good amount of salary , the reason of you joined their company without verify anything , I suggest if you are fresher then don’t join .. it will be the waste of time . If you are experienced .. then your skills may be ruined.

Compensation is good.

Dislikes

They treat you as if you are slave as they pay you. They can say anything and you have to do it. If you fail, you are not capable. If it works then credit goes to the KP. Its worse than lala company.

There's nothing to like about working here.

Dislikes

...(8.30Hrs) with no scope for rewards, also alternate Saturday's are working days. Salary comes sporadically, there's no definite date for receiving it. Your managers will never speak for you- you will have to defend yourself. Reimbursements never come. Nothing is streamlined. The CEO is a complete dynamite. He is horse-sighted and will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, even if that means laying off his entire team. Pathetic infrastructure in the offices. ACs don't work, there's no proper ventilation. Bathrooms are almost always non-working. There's no scope for promotions. Appraisals are a joke here (5% average). Opportunities for growth and learning are stagnant. If you're desperate for a job as a fresher, they will exploit you to the fullest of their capabilities. There's no handholding- you learn everything by yourself. Join if you have no other choice.
