Very pathetic company, they follow Loss of pay policy if your target is met below 90 % they will cut you pay putting 3to 7 day LOP I.e loss of pay

There is no growth opportunities no salary hike i worked for k12 for 2 years but there is not even 1 rs hike they have given to employees there is no respect you will get as a employee too much toxic environment and wherever they fill to kick you from organisation they will make changes in your role designation and torcher you at high so you put your papers

...epartment work accordingly they can cut your salary at any point no matters how you work hard for them there is no salary hike no promotion they will give they only hire new people who don't have experience knowledge but they not going to promote you and they will torcher you onces admission season end so you can put your papers no job security they only believe in donkey work no work culture no holiday no leaves on festival and onces you step out from organisation other organisations not consider this organisation experience because you don't learn anything.

...**le*, F*****G I***t, Chu**ya, MC) The treatment of employees is far from great. There are no clear policies or processes, and they sometimes don't pay the vendors for their work intentionally. Attrition is the norm here. Every few months they let go of the old team and bring in new people just to take advantage of them. They will spend crores in the name of reckless experiments, but when its time to pay employees, they will find excuses to cut your salary or impose leave without pay. It has a potential to generate more revenues than their existing business. Labor department seems to turn a blind eye to all this. Most of our schools are not properly affiliated, yet they charge the fee equivalent to top notch CBSE schools. They academic and content team are not up to par, and the Principals don't seem to know what they are doing. They also own a strange company that sells uniform, books etc. to Orchids/trust. And the trusts that run the schools? Only god knows. As for working conditions, there is no parking, and the office is in a converted warehouse at the outskirts of the Bangalore. Forget about finding good food nearby. Meanwhile, the top brass enjoys all the comforts while making life miserable for the rest of us. If auditors ever decide to take closer look at our financial books, they would find all sorts of irregularities. The management indulges themselves with fancy gadgets, expensive cars, free housing, and company credit cards. It's like they don't spend a dime of their own money. This company's antics are a lot like what we have seen with Byju's. They don't just fool their employees, they also trick their customer and investors. I used to have a good opinion of Sequoia, a big investment company. But it turns out they are just as clueless as the rest of us. They either don't see the problems or waiting for an IPO, as they can sell it to the retail investors who don't know what they are getting into. And lets not forget that most of the blame for this mess goes to those two leaders at the top. If they were replaced, this company could actually do well in the education sector. But until that happens, its like a never-ending circus of chaos and nonsense. So if you are still thinking about joining this place, I understand your situation. But my advice is to steer clear. You will likely end up spending more on stress relief or losing your peace of mind. The choice is yours, but consider yourself warned. Some people you meet are quite good. Salary may be ok to sustain. You may get some sense of organization cultures to avoid in future..

One of the most toxic work cultures. The business head, although an IIT + IIM dude has no manners to talk to people. He routinely humiliates & abuses people publicly - so much that sometimes being called an idiot may sound like a compliment. He routinely does large scale experiments with high stakes - at the cost of disrupting existing things that seem to be working Okish - and many of them fail. (No dearth of scapegoats though) Hire & fire is the norm here. Teams are routinely fired top to bottom - mostly with accompanying public humiliation. Milder versions of punishments may range from retrospective LOPs (Loss of pay) to fines with may range from few rupees to few tens of thousands. LOP/ Fines seem to be one of the fastest growing businesses of the company. Employee policies are designed assuming that employees are by default, thieves. Top management routinely reneges on its promises & commitments, but for them rules don't apply. Concept of empathy is usually absent. Lot of things they do may be illegal but who will fight - better to spend time and energy in looking for a new job.

As a fresher in sales they offered a decent package this may vary dept to dept .

No PF , No week offs and main thing manager will not accept leaves even though you're suffering with fever and etc. No work life balance and even on week offs you have to do work from home. Basically it's six days work from office and 1day There is no scope for career growth. And even after the working time, till mid night also you will be getting texts targets works to do and what not. Not only that, morning 7am, again they'll start asking for plan for the day reports attendance and various other reports to send, where as official working time is 9.30 am to 6pm only. WhatsApp is the only mode for communication here, even the official notifications as well will be delivered through WhatsApp, which is very unprofessional.(Note: specially I'm taking about Sales)
